Writing isn’t just about writing a bunch of words it’s also about the sound of them.
When you read out loud the human can catch common errors like if the sentence
is too long and harsh. Always trust your ear. The ear has a better sense of
rhythm than your brain.
Spokenword is much easier to understand than writing one. Your writing should sound
like the way real people talk but with lot a grammar. When reading your paper
your supposed to sound fluent, if you stumble a lot when you’re reading your
paper that’s a sign that you haven’t used the write wording or the sentence is
just simply too long. Make sure you just flow throw the essay. If not, simply
add some connectors between sentences like, however, furthermore, etc.
To read your paper effectively always gives yourself a break after you completed
your finish essay, about a day or two. This helps with clearing your mind.
Finally when reading, read slowly and after each sentence ask yourself if that
is what you wanted to know next, to make sure your paper is well organized and
not jumping from topic to topic.
Although sometime the brain actually sees what it wants to see and doesn’t really read
what is there. Reading Aloud can solve this problem. Also consider having a
spouse reading it for you. You will be surprised by how many errors you will
catch.
