No matter what the subject is of your paper, it will be boring and you will hate it if you’re not
interested in it. Nobody wants to research, pre-write about, and compose a nine thousand word paper on a subject that bores them. Trust me it isn’t worth taking what you think will be an easy paper in exchange for something interesting. If you do a good job picking something interesting then your research won’t feel like homework. It will feel like you are just sitting at home and surfing the internet. Most people do that every day anyway right? If you truly can’t think of a topic that interest you enough, then go to the most popular page on you scroll bar and correlate some topic to that. If it is visited a lot then you should have plenty of ideas on how to write about it. Who says papers have to be boring? Who says papers have to be the worst part of the school year? They can at the very least be tolerable if you choose the right subject for you. I am not trying to say that you should be excited for upcoming papers. I am just saying that if you put thought into your paper topic then it can be a lot easier than you think. You will be much more willing to work on your paper, thus fighting compositionitis. If you are willing to work on it before the day it is due then the overall quality tends to be better.
